How to return an item

Step 1

Initiate on WhatsApp

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and a photo of the item.

Step 2

Pack securely

Pack the item in its original case and box. Our team will arrange free pickup from your address.

Step 3

Item received & checked

Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we will confirm eligibility.

Step 4

Refund processed

Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

What can be returned?

Eligible for return

  • Sunglasses (unused, with original case & tags)
  • Eyeglass frames (unused, with original case)
  • Computer glasses (unused, with original case)
  • Accessories (unused, in original packaging)
  • Defective or damaged items (any category)

Not eligible for return

  • Contact lenses (opened or unsealed — hygiene policy)
  • Contact lens solutions / eye drops (opened)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items showing signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by customer
  • Custom prescription lenses fitted into frames

Contact lenses cannot be returned once unsealed for hygiene and safety reasons, as per Indian medical device regulations. Please double-check your prescription before ordering.

Refund details

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking — within 5–7 business days after we confirm the return.

If you paid via Razorpay and the refund doesn't appear after 7 business days, your bank may take additional time to post it. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

We do not offer store credit or gift cards as a substitute for cash refunds unless you specifically request it.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or frame on eligible products (same return window — 7 days from delivery).

To exchange, initiate a return on WhatsApp and let us know which product you'd like instead. If there is a price difference, we'll collect or refund the difference accordingly.
